The lady at the check-in desk, Donna, made us smile with her warm welcome and friendly demeanor.

Housekeeping did not properly refresh the coffee supplies and neglected to restock toilet paper, leaving us without essential items.

after staying for one night, i honestly thought it might be a mistake to book this place. the room was a mess, with trash not taken out, and i received no coffee to start my day. all this, and the rude front desk staff gave me attitude when I inquired about an upgrade. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
